Juan Salles

Head of Business Development

Juan is a Mexican native who spent most of his life as an entrepreneur in the US. Starting with the first Hispanic radio broadcast on 94.3FM KCRE in Crescent City, California then several years later the Hispanic radio broadcast on KRTA 610AM Medford, Oregon. Juan went on to create the first Hispanic phone book and also The Jackson County Shopper, a direct mail service. In his eyes business is about serving others and for the last 30 years a big part of his life has been dedicated to volunteering in his community. His focus has been mentoring youth, helping Hispanic entrepreneurs, and promoting The Medford Chamber of Commerce and Downtown Medford Association.

Dabe Loeza Marfil

General Administrator

He has over 22 years of experience in the business field, advising companies in disciplines such as taxes, finance, organization, and management. He has more than 200 hours of training in various courses and workshops for professional development. He has held various managerial positions in regional companies, has been a mentor for the Social Innovation Fund advising more than 15 business ideas for organizational development, control, and positioning strategy at the Quintana Roo Youth Institute.

Manolo Ramírez

Architectural and Operations Director

Manolo has 25 years of experience, is a member of the Architects' Association of the state of Queretaro, Director of Works, and a specialist in the development of large-scale architectural design.

Jorge Macias

Finance and Administrative Director

Jorge has 17 years of professional experience in national and international projects related to Business Intelligence consulting and specialized SAP services. He is responsible for risk analysis, financial feasibility, and project management.

Alejandro Ruiz

Architecture and Engineering integration

Alejandro has 12 years of experience leading projects in Architecture and Engineering integration, with a special focus on reconstruction services and construction management.
